1. Compliance with Applicable Laws
American Alpha, Inc. is committed to complying with applicable laws wherever it operates. Currently, we do not serve the states of Ohio and North Carolina.
2. Licenses, Permits & Approvals
You are responsible for obtaining all licenses, permits, and approvals required by any government or applicable authority for the purchase, sale, use, or deployment of American Alpha Hardware, Software, or Services.
3. Customer Compliance Responsibilities
You must comply with all applicable country, federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, codes, regulations, rules, policies, and procedures. You shall not take, permit, or authorize any action that violates applicable laws and should keep American Alpha informed of legal requirements that may directly or indirectly affect the company.
4. Liability for Non-Compliance
If American Alpha Hardware, Software, or Services are used or operated in violation of applicable laws and American Alpha is required to defend itself in civil or criminal proceedings, you shall reimburse American Alpha for the related defense costs.
